Recently I bumped into Frozen Heart shield.
As much as I wanted to shield itself was very “meh” BUT after getting an Anointed version of it, I’m wondering if it’s not one of most Fun, if not OP for Amara!
Still, I’m lacking optimized build for it, but damn it’s fun to use!
I’m new to the YouTube scene so forgive me for no so highest quality!

Moxsy has a build for that shield but you need a couple specific items to make it shine. He calls it the Frozen Fists build.
