Yeah, I just saw that (Also her level three helix is called Leechsteel, so thatās what I was referencing, not the legendary.) Still it gives her even more survivability, which I use to constantly harass and evade from enemies, but again, I donāt have that great of gear yet. (Almost a MoD too, just got four XP left, but I have played far less games than you. (I would like it on record that me and one other person double Deandeād the Voids Edge when it was scaled up to five people, since they all died with no extra lives and then left, while I was the only person around at the time, soon to find enough lives to bring back the other player.)

I havenāt used her level 3 life steal since beta when I realised she already had passive lifesteal, I heavily favour thrown fans so naturally I take that augment at level 3 and if youāre low on health throwing fans at minions quickly rectifies that.
Deande is very dangerous on Incursion, and very hard to kill overall. That, I believe, is where her true strength lies. An extra 10% sounds nice though it sounds better before you notice the unlisted 10% she already has. Sheās also quite underrated in PvE where her ranged attack with easy crits can mow through enemies and keep her healthy. Any attack speed gear does wonders for Deande, the Stone Edge of Arcvynorr in particular would be amazine as she can consistently hit crits and in doing so throw fans even faster! Combine that with an epic (purple) Jennerit gauntlet (which is what I use on her) and watch her DPS skyrocket and with it her life steal.
Iāve only recently acquired the SEoA, havenāt had a chance to test it though.
Yeah, they might have to make a new tag thingie for her, so instead of assassin she would be listed as evasive, or something, to signify how difficult she often is to take down.
I often use the lifesteal increase as it applies to all fan attacks (ranged/melee, not BD), but the ranged increase would also be a good one, though Iād personally rather have more health recovery overall.
Honestly, if she already has an innate 10% an additional 10 sounds really good to me, since itās making it heal for even more than it was previously, rather than an additional 18% damage on one type of attack, of which only 10% of that damage is returned as life. I personally have a really hard time landing hits with her ranged attack, let alone crits. Also, why do you not use her Legendary? It offers incredible survivability potential and makes her an even more difficult target to take out, even if only temporarily.
I might also be one of the few people who really, really hate the Uppercut mutation, since it just makes her a massive target and removes all of her mobility.

Nah man I hate Uppercut but mostly because Iām trying to crit with melee for a status effect. For me the Uppercut only really works on overextended players that donāt know how to break the juggle and to teams not paying attention to one another. I want to run Boots of the Brute + Heliophagic Goggles + (rare sword)Attk Speed/Crit Hit Dmg. I run a build that gets a lot of mileage out of fan tosses though since they monster crit and give her some nice spike damage.
On the Lifesteal situation. I feel like pumping Crit Damage is the way to go since itās a percentage off the damge you inflict and with Attack Speed and Crit Damage, youāre stealing a ton off of the innate 10% while also increasing your kill potential. Thrown fans become your self-heal basically and Thralls melt in front of you.
Right now Iām settling for (Rare Glove) +Attk Dmg/+Attk Speed, (Rare Sword) +AttkSpeed/+Crit Dmg, and Heliophagic Goggles.

Ah but in the same regard youāre increasing the life steal amount from the thrown fan attack by increasing its damage. If you donāt use it often though thatās your preference.
Iād suggest you practice and start focusimg more on her alt fire as though it were her primary attack, those things are crit magnets. Theyāre also good for those enemies who think theyāre getting away because of how slow Deande is. Every third hit (before the split) is double damage, take the thrown fan augment at level 3 and they do more DPS overall (at mid-range) than her melee attacks.

On her legendary, I use it sometimes in conjunction with a +shield capacity item for her level 4 augment that strips your shield and adds it to Burst Dash. With that and the level 6 15% damage augment, it hits for 575 damage (From full shield of 440 capacity) at level 6 which is more than most ults at that level.
On the uppercut, ugh itās so overtared. I agree all it does is make a stealth assassin a big visible target and thatās bad for business. A little bit of air control, a quick melee, a dash of any kind⦠So many things that can break the uppercut. And itās not like it increases her DPS to insane levels, all the people who complain about likely got caught in it one time and panicked then rushed to the forums with screams of āOP nerf!ā

so iām almost done with deandeās lore. i only need to play with ambra three more times, and the build iāve been doing really well with her so far is her first helix on the right and then the rest i focus on damage and cooldown. for loadoat i use all epic level gear, which is two that focus on critical dmg and attack speed and one gear that focuses on cooldown. i love her! and i also love that this topic is still active lol
i also forgot to add that on one of her helixes i pick to increase her movement speed when her holotwin is active, so if iām being ambushed or i just need to get away i can easily escape.
I honestly build her with more of a focus on holotwin/burstdash, not so much attack damage/speed, but thatās because I tend to use abilities in games similar to this a ton. (I.e. Mobaās and a fair amount of shooters, BL included) Though itās mainly to correct for my below average aim most of the time (Which I donāt believe practice would get around to fixing anytime soon), Iām still not bad at getting hits/crits with her ranged attack, I just donāt constantly try to do so. Recently when Iāve been playing with people on the discord server, Iāve been playing games where I barely die (To my memory, my average death in those games is around one). My kills might not be the best, but I do survive/escape most of the time.
