to get the comeback king you need to get rare packs for the best chance but my question is will you have a better cahnce if you stock up on rare packs or buy them when you can?
I doubt how and when you get the packs matters. Though I think Epic Loot packs have an increased chance to drop legendaries during the lootacopalypse.
I agree with @reliikki , I doubt it makes a difference wethe you buy them now to pile them up or if you buy them one by one and open it.

epic do have an increased chance i just thought this was sort of like the req system in halo 5 where if you stockpile req packs you have a better chance of what you want
