Dear Gearbox,

I’ve been enjoying the whole Borderlands series with more than 5k total hours of playtime, especially BL1 and BL2.

But I’m scared about the Return of the “Badass-Rank System”.
I honestly didn’t liked it at all, the fact that you can get trough it unlimited stats boni, so alot of people cheated it unbelievable high and played with that online (random Multiplayer lobbies). It destroyed alot of the Fun.

I wish the “Weapon proficiency” to return from BL1 or something new with a CAP! Like for example mini-quests for weapons which you can complete to make them stronger or even more unique, as an example:

Norfleet: 1) Kill 250 enemies - Reward: +10% splashradius
2) Score 30 direct bodyhits - Reward: +1 Magazine
3) Score 50 Multikills with atleast 3 or more kills - Reward: fires now 4 instead of 3 rockets per trigger/shot

Please don’t make unlimited stats boni return …
