This is really fun. It makes you change strategy and lets you experiment. And neither team has to deal with a ridiculous team comp. Or pocket mikos.
I’m having a blast with it and can’t wait to see how the next event expands on this. (Just one faction, melee only, ranged only, etc)

What strategy? Playing the same ■■■■■■■ character over and over again.
I rather see a good team comp then see people hero stacking.

In this event? Not really. Just hero stack. Takes no skill. 
Reasons why his 15% dmg increase to his rockets should be removed. He already did enough dmg before that buff

May I ask what forces one into playing with the same characters over and over?
Sure, theres double-XP, but that does not mean you have to pick Ernest, Ben, Tobes, Pendles or Marquis.
When I understood correctly unique characters are generally off, so theres an option to roll in with 5 Raths or, 3 Montanas + 2 Mikos. Or to choose a regular team with no doubles at all. Often a regular team-comp is better than 5x the same toon anyway.
Some love “hero-stacking” some don´t. At all, it just for one weekend.
Personally I dislike open worldchat and I´m more into PvE, so I doubt I´ll participate at all. Still have to play through the new Operation anyway, so no gripes on my side.
Let me ask you a question.
How am I supposed find a regular match if everybody is playing the event and I can’t find anyone in the quick match and incursion playlist, hm?
I doubt everybody plays the event, since in this topic are already a few players who stated that they dislike it.
You could try to reach out to those who want to play a regular match and team up with them.
For that you can open a LFG-topic in the section of your console, or jump over to Discord to find people to join you. There are also console-bound groups, as Steam-groups or the new XBox-Clubs.
Or you change your topics OP a bit, to look out for interested players right here in this topic.
I want to say that Toby counters Benedict ONLY if Benedict lets him. It is extremely easy to deal with Toby. Fly around and shoot 3 rockets in his general direction to down the shield. Now you can avoid his shots without even trying.
And I play Toby a lot. I’ve killed tons of bad Benedicts, but good Benedicts have been annoying me entire matches.
Other than that, Marquis and Ernest are very good against Toby too sadly.
Reasons why Benedict needs a Nerf:
There is plenty of strategy. With hero stacking you learn how to deal with certain characters. The more events and different situations gearbox throws at us the better we get as players.
No it’s not. Hero stacking just leads to people picking the same character. Their is no strategy. Just pick same character over and over again and you win. No skill whats so ever.
How about an event that doesn’t have hero stacking, hm?
He sure as hell can though. It can go both ways but mid-late game toby at least can.

There is clearly strategy. If a team stacks all pendles you strategies to kill all pendles.
Idc what characters I play against. It’s fun for me to find a way overcome the challenge using strategy.
Yeah sure give us events without hero stacking also. I really enjoy the various events.
Like Battleborn Day for example. I learned capture can actually be a very competitive game mode and very fun because I was forced to play out of my comfort zone.

Benedict a good one counters everyone exept agood pendless.
Marquis counters pendless.
5 Ernest destroy sentry to fast (all that attack and reload speed)
Toby suffers with Ernest and benedict shooting in an aprox direction of toby
