I need some opinions about that. I’m serioulsy thinking about switching to Linux because I don’t trust Windows anymore (Aussies, Canadians, people from the US, NZers may get it)
Does it run on Fedora, Debian, LMDE…?

It should run on any modern machine that supports Steam, which I believe most modern distros do. According to this announcement on OMG Ubuntu the recommended specs are:
- Ubuntu 14.04
- Intel Core 2 Quad or AMD Phenom II X4 @ 2.4GHz (or better)
- 4 GB RAM13 GB HDD Space
- NVIDIA Geforce 260 with 1GB VRAM (or better)
I imagine it should run fine on Debian, though, as long as the required graphics card and drivers are present. Debian wiki has instructions for installing Steam.
I don’t have a Ruindows machine, so I play on unix systems ( 2007 iMac and on linux ).
The game runs fine on low/medium specs on a 2,4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 2GB ram. My distro is Antergos, which is a Arch Linux based distro from spain.
