BL3 Fast Travel locations erased and Customer service

So I just got to experience Gearbox Customer Service first hand! I must say it’s impressive. Impressive that they don’t give a damn about customer service. I recently got struck by the COOP bug of losing all fast travel locations. It took 4 days and a number of messages back and forth to get told what I found in 30seconds on the forums. And that is basically you are screwed if you get the bug and good luck next time.

If this is how they treat a person who sunk hundreds into the Borderlands franchise imagine how they will treat you. Not even an offer of a golden key or any kind of consolation.
