Sometime between the level 53 bump and the level 57 bump I didn’t notice before, but they removed the recharge and delay debuff from the Bloodletter mod

From what I can see from my low-budget testing, the delays are still on, just not called out on the cards anymore
That’s disappointing. My basic testing seems to support you on that.
Would have been nice had they actually removed the debuffs
