Lol Bloodletter was my first legendary
at like level < 20
And I still don’t really use it. Just too good with guns and no appropriate grenade for TVHM M3
Haha yeah mine to!! Didn’t realise how much I would need it and scrapped it ages ago…currently have $120mil from farming bosses to try and get it back

Awesome i didnt know about this. Katagawa sucks to farm bc he is so far into the map, same with pain and terror. But nothing is dropping out of this machine and I have spent 40mil so far. Guess i will go back to boss farming!! After tonight im giving up.
I was in the same boat as those that had been farming non stop both online and offline with a Loaded Dice relic, and I hadn’t seen any class mods until two days ago. I snagged a Mind Sweeper off of General Traunt, but hadn’t seen a blaster or bloodletter.
Just finished farming Katagawa Jr. (online obv) for 45 minutes and I have a two more mindsweepers and a Fortified Desperate Bloodletter mod. I do have the Loaded Dice relic still on, but it seems to be fairly generous with the drops.

Bahroo was farming him about a week ago; he had a pretty good strat for killing him quickly.
Actually I relented and am using Bloodletter now for gunplay in TVHM M3, with ok grenade and Extremophile shield (reserves additional 60% health as shield), and of course Vampyr healing.
Grenades are used primarily defensively to heal shields - and the synergy between having 1 health and SoR gun damage buffs is awesome. Build is 11/20/17.
I think Bloodletter default +skills are all SoR gun and health reserve skills; very convenient

I give up. Pain n terror dropped zero legendaries, including guns, after 8 attempts. So I gave up there completely. Katagawa jr, after 22, gave me a mod for fl4k and a few nice guns I had not seen before. I tried the method at the cash trap slot, which did produce quite a few mods, again only one legendary for fl4k. There was a point when the machine got hot and I won some decent cash and eridium, but in total I spent over 30mil and it was a total waste. Its official: I GIVE UP. On top of all that I did my usual graveward, rampager, troy, and tyreen rounds before each save and quit so in total I put in another solid evening and have asked myself “Why am I doing this?”. My character is solid as is. Nothing is challenging for her at this point. I am good. I am gonna start Iceborne and give BL3 a rest for awhile. Hopefully a decent patch gets released by the time I return. I want my PS4 PRO alive when Last of Us 2 comes out in February
Feel your pain bro! The raised chance of loot is total ■■■■■■■■. I got more legendary mods farming gigamind then I get from either of these 2 chumps.

Its all a lie and a joke. But guess what? After killing katagawa and pain n Terror prob 100x… i went after rampager and he dropped an ‘Honor Guard Enhanced Bloodletter’. I was like holy ■■■■ how random. I can get on with my life now.

I finally got it! Now I feel too OP haha it’s far too easy even on TVHM mayhem 3. Not really anything I can’t solo without even needing to think
One hex grenade every 5 seconds keeps my shields full and all my crit buffs keep ammo and grenades constantly full
Try the trade area? I got one in an hour.
Changed my mind, now I prefer playing without Bloodletter haha.
I have some fortunate other gear that makes 11/11/26 viable in TVHM M3, and don’t have a Hex anyway.
Now that there’s a grenade spam nerf it’s even better

I finally got one with +1 Phalanx Doctrine, +1 Thin Red Line and +3 Desperate Measures. I’ll take it. Though I dont even use Bloodletter now. Lol. I like my high magazine sizes and regenerating ammo a lot more.
I’m still looking for one that has +3 desperate measures and 25% weapon damage… will probably take forever to find
