Is the Warden still the best boss to farm for this… still new and trying to figure this out. I read that Annointed X-4 was but I go to the location and it looks like hes dead.

I don’t think the named anointed enemies spawn unless you have done the Malevolent Practice side mission (from Hammerlock).
