I don’t think it was mentioned but I might be wrong. The only option for it would be the announcements that are made in Lynchwood before the Showdown mission as you don’t hear about him elsewhere.

I think you’re confusing it. It’s never mentioned at all. However… One of Deputy Winger’s announcements contains this: “…and, no! i don’t know what her real name is. All I know is that she scares the crap out of me…”
