Borderlands 3 early adopter pack and legendary weapon

I have not gotten my early adopter pack reward or legendary weapon in game even though I should have them. What do I do to fix this?

Did you check the social tab in game? Make sure the survey has the green check on it on the Insiders Program site? Simple advice I know, but good to start there…

I figured it out you have to go to the mailbox in the social tab.
