Hi, I just got bl3 on my mac today but when I tried to start it up, it has been freezing on the claptrap dance screen every time i have tried to load it up. Some people said something about disabling the firewall, which I tried to already, but it still doesn’t work. I have an anti virus software if that would have anything to do with it - Norton btw.
I’ve researched everywhere and tried to look in the game documents to see if I can tamper with anything (DX11 stuff) but i couldn’t find that, so they’ve been left untouched for now.
I’m on the epic games launcher if you want to know.

hey same problem over here try also every pc solution for this problem unsucessfully.

i shouldn t be able to play at max but i should be able to play it

Sup you all, I’ve had the game since launcher (Sep 13th), waited for 5 months for this ■■■■ to come out after paying £85 or what ever… and had this problem since then, if you guys are on DX11 and still have this issue, refund… it’s too late for me but hopefully not for you!
