That kind of defeats the object of looting, doesn’t it?
BL3 would then be just a shooter, right?

Borderlands has always been about looting for gear. Allowing you to level your currently owned gear to your level takes away from the core concept of this loot and shoot game.

I think their may be a bug on the stats of the weapons. For example, white and green tier weapons are showing to be way more powerful than any of the legendaries I’m finding of the same level.
