GBX has been that way since the games release regarding actual fixes to the game, some of us are still waiting for the console crash fixes to be addressed or splitscreen performance.
Just sleep good at night knowing that you are not the only one that paid full price to be a beta tester for this game.

For me, “Heck” is a waste of time without anointment’s. Hopefully it’s an oversight they’ll correct, but based on their performance to date, I’m not holding my breath. On to something else…if you haven’t tried it, The Outer Worlds is excellent.

So do I have to collect 25 plasma every time I want to kill the boss, am I right?

Yup, every time you accept mission from Maurice you need collect the goo to access Heck.
Hell yeah, fun gameplay for console players. 5min loading screen for a complete run… I’ll go and farm scraptrap… But thank you for the answer.

Captain Haunt seems to be glitched this time around. The immunity phase keeps glitching to where the orb stations supplying the immunity are glitched, can’t be destroyed to keep the fight progressing. I saved/quit twice now with the same results. Whats up? Why the glitch all the sudden? Never happened on the first go around. Now I can’t seem to kill Captain Haunt without wrestling with the games lack of consistency. I also used the Shift code for the spooky heads that didn’t seem to land in my change station. nothing new to see but the code unlocked successfully, according to Shift.

You shouldn’t need to save/quit to get the mission from Maurice after turning it in - it should become available again straight away.
Let’s say you are in sanctuary and take the mission. Go to farm 25 plasma 70sec loading screen to change area and 70seconds to return to sanctuary. 70secs to go to haunt location and 70 seconds for going back to sanctuary. 4x70sec=280sec= close to 5min loading time.
Not fun at all. Have a clonning ghost call and I believe I’m done with the event.
I’m having a problem with the rewards. I currently have 3 of the 4 rewards unlocked but when I checked the new-u station for the character and echo skins they simply weren’t there. Is anybody else having this problem? I haven’t checked about the weapon trinket.

Don’t these usually show up in your mail and you have to claim them?
No, you select them on the menu. I took another look and the weapon trinket is there, as is the echo skin (though under a different name) but the character skin is definitely not there.

Trinket, Echo theme and weapon skin are the same as last year just in different colors, so if you have them with other names they are not the new ones.
Bloody Harvest 2019 items:
-
Shrunk 'n Dead - trinket
-
HECKO-3 - Echo theme
-
If Spooks Could Kill - Vault Hunter skin
-
Ghoul Metal Grey - weapon skin
Bloody Harvest 2020 items:
-
A Shrinking Feeling - trinket
-
Message from Beyond - Echo theme
-
Haunted Look - Vault Hunter skin
-
Porphyrophobia - weapon skin

Ah interesting, so they are in fact new items. Will there be any way to get last year’s weapon skin if I did not get it then?
Perhaps last year’s items could be made available through shift codes, one a week through the duration of the event, so that anybody who missed out last year need not be stuck forever.
Has anybody seen a Vindicator Ghast Call yet?
I’m confused by the Haunt timeline. In the release above, it states;
“, which will be active from October 8 to November 5 at 9:00 AM PT”
In-game in the Events tab, it says active through Dec. 5th.
Which is it? Seems like a pretty simple thing to be consistent on, why the confusion?

The tab in game is from last year when it was active till Dec 5. They didn’t changed that.
Seriously? That does not make me feel more confident, in fact that’s worse. Instead of a programmer getting a date wrong by one, the team didn’t consider updating the placard. Completeness in any project is somewhat critical.

They’re basically rolling out the event from last year and it’s a simple oversight. Compared to the work they did on buffing the Bloody Harvest weapons and anointments, I consider it to be a rather small thing. This week’s hotfix was substantial enough that at first I thought it was an actual patch.
