Borderlands 3 Hotfix [11/14/2019]

Sorry. Know this was earlier in the thread: my buddy and I play as Moze and Zane. Her Zane dies way less often than I do. He’s not broken or anything, just his skills are definitely weaker and less optimized for higher level. Maybe it’s a playstyle thing? I know zane’s talent trees encourage a close combat style, but I think there are viable ways to play that don’t instakill.

In any case, here’s to character updates making the game even more fun nextish week clinks glass

It is in the same part of the post you were quoting me in, but keep putting passive aggressive emotes in your replies to me.

Except I never did that? My original post that started this entire thing was laughing about how they nerfed hellwalker for literally no reason

while Moze and all of the broken BS that is still in the game exists currently. It was an example, and a pretty egregious one at that. The ones you listed aren’t nearly as busted as repeatedly stacking rocket launcher levels of damage stickies that gain huge %'s of increase each fire while you spam fire it for the entire 5 seconds SftR duration.
You’re taking my entire point and making it about Moze when it’s not about her at all, it’s about the Balance of the game, which as it stands is terrible.

IMO, haunted enemies should only appear when the Bloody Harvest quest is active. Those skulls are troublesome when leveling a character through story missions.

Will the patch address the glitchy menus on PS4? Very buggy and slow.

I believe they intend to fix some of these issues in the next patch. They have published a forward looking announcement that addresses several concerns such as crashing games and hitching UI screens, along with the gameplay changes, like boosts to pets, and repairs to talents

I hope so, the menu is lagging a lot when we want to change weapon, and don’t tell us the PS4 Pro is not strong enough…
Also the backpack inventory is a complete mess, i don’t understand why gearbox don’t have kept the same inventory system than in BL2, with weapon titles (Shotgun/Sniper/Pistols, etc…), and now we can’t even tag item as favorite/junk you guys really should play your game time to time to see what is working and what is not working…

Should not be fewer haunted enemies with the hotfix ? If yes, i don’t know what is ‘less haunted enemies for you’, their number have not been reduced… It is still the same.

Where the F is the back pack and bank space increase?! Because I seriously getting sick of the ‘Your Inventory is full’ crap! :rage:

Speak for yourself; I’d rather have both. Removing the hotfixes wouldn’t make the patches come any faster - they’ve said November from the start for the performance patch.

Hotfixes aren’t the same as patches. A hotfix is a simple number toggle, like “make 10 legendaries drop instead of 9”

A patch is like “the way legendaries drop from badasses must be be coded in such a way that they do not fall through the floor”

Bank space is the second thing because when you put things into the bank, it stores them in a code that needs to be perfected before they give it to you. Otherwise, it could do something bad, like turn your entire inventory into Bearcats when you add a bearcat as a joke because it’s such a horrible gun.

Nah, it’s a simple 28h into 64h or 32h into 02EEh.
That worked fine on PC with BL2, it’s a simple number toggle.
What will need code changes is to make it tabbed and more efficient, but that’s another story.

In this case, make one legendary drop instead of ten.
First time playing in over two weeks, and the loot drops have definitely been nerfed to a level that would make Bungie/Destiny proud.
Great job Gearbox. You’re now as lame as all the other gaming companies. Games are supposed to make you feel joy, not regret.

I started a new playthough and just arrived in Promethea at lv 10, where the Halloween event is triggered. There’s still too many cursed enemies.

I myself consider an experienced player in Borderlands games, and it’s being a bit annoying having to kill the skulls at low levels, as we still don’t have good gear and not even enough bullets to deal with them. That makes me think for a new player, specially one who just bought the game, this Halloween event is certainly being a nightmare.

As I said before, the skulls should only be triggered in the universe while the Halloween quest is active.
