Just finished replaying borderlands 1 (about to start 2) and this artist I’ve been listening to for the first minute of this sounds really Space-Western like and i’m wondering if BL3 will still keep that whole vibe like the first 2 did, it gave such a desolate and isolated feeling and it was really nice. :slight_smile:

I feel like I need to put my guess here as well. Not original, I think, as The Heavy is already like the “official” band for Borderlands series. But… to me it sounds perfect.

I’ve heard this song and I think it fits being similar to the others, and of course also by the heavy, a wonderful band
It’d be cool to have another heavy song concluding the official trio of game intros!

This definitely has that Borderlands sound and feel… and it helps that I love Alt-J… Toro from them would be another good pick.

I think Borderlands and Tesla would be a good mix. It has that ‘meedley-meedley-meedley-meow!’ vibe to it.

Or better yet… Heaven’s Trail - it has a religious path connotation that is conveyed in the preview videos.
