Tiny for sure, and she could have a skill called roll for initiative which increases movement speed after a reload like Axton. Torgue should be playable and have increased Barrell explosions and size of explosions as a kill skill. I would also like to see a team phase effect game changer for Lilith and Maya in the same team. I think Team action skills would be a great addition to the game with specific teams like Brick and Mordecai, and only occurs if both people hit the action skill button within a second or two of each other. It could pop up with a notice or something hit action skill now for team action skill. Like if Brick and Salvador did a team action it would raise defense and health regeneration for everyone who used their team action skill at the same time. So it would encourage cooperation versus run as fast as possible and do your stuff while I do mine attitude.

It would make no sense for Eridians to be hunting the vault, so why not one of those Lost Legion Eternals instead?
I also think Mordecai should come back as a vault hunter, I donāt think Lilith would because she seems to be leading the Crimson Raiders now, and Brick still has his Slabs. Mordecai could maybe go back into the vault hunting game so Talon could get some combat experience, or something like that. He doesnāt have a group of people to lead like the others.
If the game skips ahead a few years, I do think itād be nice to have Tina playable too, she could be focused around explosives and the like. I also want Krieg to be back too since he was such a fun character, but his fire skill tree replaced with a tanky one, and as he goes down it he gains some armor like an armored maniac! Lastly, another combat-ready Claptrap unit would be awesome as well.
I am pretty sure Wilhelm was more machine than man.

Yeah, it would be ironic for an alien that suppose to protect the Vault to hunt for it instead. 
And yeah, Iād love to play as Claptrap again. He isnāt really that bad for me (but the āPsychoā package is really useless), but make the complete version of the .EXE, and maybe even add a package that let Shadowtrap to temporally take over Claptrap and become very badass (somehow).

So, I look up at the wiki and found a canon Siren from the comic named Asha. I wonder if sheāll be playable in BL3.

Iād still have one of those Lost Legion Eternals instead of a siren, I really donāt want every siren we see become a vault hunter or something like that. Plus the Eternals could need some damn explaining on how they have Eridian/siren-like powers.
Another idea Iāve had is that a character should be able to choose between two action skills that are similar, but one does something different than the other.
Say, a character can choose between two action skills, but they are relatively the same and have you throw out a turret. However, the 1st action skill you could choose would just throw out a regular turret that stays and deals damage, but if you choose the 2nd action skill instead, the turret will now walk around and follow you instead of staying in one place, while dealing less damage. That make enough sense?
That sounds awesome, but that would force the rest of the skills that
involve the action skill to be able to adapt to both (maybe have a slightly
diffrent effect). But still, itās a great idea.

Thatās why I think each action skill would remain basically the same thing, but one is slightly different than the other to avoid making two versions of a skill that does something to your action skill.
Like, if Krieg was playable again, his 2nd action skill could make it so that instead of using a Buzz Axe you use Sledgeās hammer, dealing more melee damage but attacking slower. Each action skill basically works the same away, you go into a rampage with a melee weapon, but one has some different effects on you than the other

What if there was a pirate/marauder like class where your action skill is to wield a harpoon gun and a futuristic cutlass, left trigger fires the harpoon which can attach to walls, solid objects, enemies, etc. and pull you in to it, right trigger attacks with the sword and your melee dmg would be increased as well as melee speed. Your movement speed could also increase. Left skill tree would be cannonneer(dual wield pistols, hip fire accuracy, explosive dmgā¦) , right tree would be savvy(increase melee dmg and speed, faster movement, longer harpoon reachā¦) and middle tree I donāt know, maybe something to do with looting, as he is a pirate, so like increased ammo/money/loot drops when you harpoon someone or something

Shouldāve be able to make our own vault hunters and have us select whichever 3 skill trees we want. Could even keep this feature locked until after O.P.8 for example

Having a future like that locked behind op8 completion isnt cool. I ā ā ā ā ā ā ā hate op8 and never bothered with it. Because simply put, i suck.
And it was no big deal because i wasnt missing out on anything.
It should remain purely optional to complete.
But locking something as big as character creation behind it sucks.
Locking something like that behind anything probably wouldnāt go down well in general.

hey so this is my idea and opinions so if you dont like please dont be rude.
So i think in borderlands 3 should be called Borderlands the final war or something like that.
So my idea for possible characters are add Lilith and Mordecai back to the game but make there ability different and have lilith be able to like jump and smash the ground and cause a firey explosion.
My other idea is add 1 or 2 characters that you can customize from like 10 different and 1 can be a guy and the other can be a girl with different abilities but have them be related and you can customize them how you want and change there clothes and what you want them to look like but have the guys ability be like hes a teleporting ninja with 2 blades kinda like Athena but when he teleports depending on his abilities he can cause a explosion or shock and then stab or slice the enemy and kill them. and for his skills when you level up more like to level 15 he can teleport to more than one enemy. And then for the girls ability she can have a magical power where she can either shoot like beams from her hand and have the beams bounce of enemy to enemy or off the walls or ground and hit enmeys and cuase them to bleed and eventually explode.

I would love the idea of moxxi being a playable in BL3 but I wouldnāt much care for the idea of her skill of singing to seduce enemies sure it would be funny but I think immobilising all enemyās on screen would be way to OP and well as get boring after a little bit
on the note of tina coming back she herself could be a variation of the gunzerker but only using explosives a Boomzerker if you willā¦normal action skill be dual chucking grenades then one tree ha ing a skill that changes it to tina specific rocket launchers. thatās something to build on. have her sound all the funny kinda stuff she says while itās active

My idea for a Tiny Tina character.
ACTION SKILL:
FRAG FRENZY ā Tina gains an unlimited pool of grenades and a 25% increase to throw speed for fifteen seconds. Grenades are unmodified grenades with increased damage based on Tinaās level.
TREE 1: X-BLOW-SHUNS
Focuses on improving explosive based damage and reducing incoming explosive damage. Game changers would include modifying grenades during frag frenzy to sticky longbow grenades and an effect that adds stacks of increased damage for every kill with a grenade, up to 500%.
TREE 2: CUNTROLL
Focuses on changing the mechanics on the battlefield. Increased movement speed, further increased grenade throw speed and grenades that heal allies. Capstones would add singularity effects during frag frenzy and provide grenades over time to allies.
TREE 3: ELLA-MENTAL BREAK-IT-DOWN
Focuses on increasing elemental damage with guns, grenades, and during frag frenzy. Capstones would include adding random elements to grenades thrown during frag frenzy and all elemental effects would spread to enemies within a few yards from the primary target.
I also want an actual tank character. The game needs it. They have almost all other archetypes of character in the franchise except an actual tank. Hereās my idea.
Name: Sh*t Mouth
ACTION SKILL: Brass Balls (60 second cooldown)
Sht Mouth uses trash talk and offensive hand gestures to provoke all enemies within twenty meters to direct attacks toward him for twenty seconds. During this time Sht Mouth benefits from a reduction to all damage by 60%, healing at 3% of max health, and complete immunity to all elemental DOTs. Allies nearby also benefit from healing effect. While Brass Balls is active, Sh*t Mouth cannot use guns or throw grenades but deals 150% melee damage.
I had some ideas for tree skills but havenāt ironed them out yet.
