Honestly don’t see it getting fixed either, they already have our money and could care less at this point or it would have already been fixed by now, or at least acknowledged. But hey, the are releasing more DLC so that has to count for something right??? (sarcasm)
Quick questions for the BL3 team:
How are you okay with the complete lack of communication of this issue?
How do you simply accept the failure in delivering a product to XBox 1 X customers?
Why is this product failure, communications failure, and continual failure to address this problem an acceptable approach for you?
Their lack of concern and communication speaks volumes if you ask me. If you want to possibly get an answer I suggest also posting in the announcement threads because they do not post anything in these as you can tell.
I had opened a ticket after running into the same issue whenever I fought the ruiner boss from the third DLC. Gearbox advised that I Uninstaller the dlc, then the entire game when that didn’t work. Neither resolved the issue. In the ticket I included a link to a thread here where several others were having the same issue. They completely ignored it and basically told me to talk to Microsoft. I haven’t beaten that boss or played the game at all since. Everything about this game has been disappointing, but nothing more so than Gearbox’s inability to fix their chronicly broke game.
They told you to talk to Microsoft? What a bunch of asshats. Gearbox will NEVER see another penny out of me for the rest of my life for allowing this issue to persist for over a year.
Yep, still waiting for my ticket to be answered as well, its only been months so why should I expect anything different. As for contacting Microsoft, being that this is the ONLY game that crashes my console, sorry but it’s not the console. Accept responsibility or at the very least admit your released a faulty game that wasn’t properly tested.
