Borderlands GOTY Enhanced freezing

Hi,

I have already submitted a ticket 2 days ago, but thought maybe I could get some more insight on the forums till I wait for a reply.

I recently started playing bl goty enhanced and it randomly freezes. I have to go to task manager to end the process. I tried verifying the files through steam and reinstalling. While, reinstalling did solve the problem for a couple of hours it reappeared again. I tried running as admin and other tips mentioned in one of the topics but it still randomly freezes .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are these freezes about where Angel would appear to talk to you? If so, did you use the option to skip intro cut scenes? If the answer to both of those questions is ‘yes’, you probably have found the culprit. If it’s something else, a little more detail about your system would likely help other users help you.

Nope they just randomly happen. Sometimes they just occur as soon as I load the character in. My system specs are below:

Looking in the WillowGame logs I noticed this error alot I am unsure if this occurs when it freezes.

Edit: I am using the nvidia geforce gt750m to run the game.

Oh so does occupied mean that it has already been called?

It most likely means it think’s your stuck in the loading screen, and keeps erroring out, and throwing ram at it until it fails.

Any idea how to fix this?

Edit: I was currently running the game and it froze again but my launch file had other things before repeating the same error.
