So does this mean the Dove Hornet cannot exist anymore?

-Shotgun quality prefixes are stil bugged, giving “Terrible” too much weight.
-Trying to swap out your equiped weapon with one that has dropped will result in the viewmodel dissapearing if the equiped weapon is locked. Going into your inventory is the only thing that fixes this from the little testing I did. When the bug is active, you can’t shoot it either.
-Rocket Launchers gained a damage buff to counter the bug with splash damage being absorbed by terrain, Carnages didn’t.

Dove Hornet is now no longer possible, Dove is locked to having no accessory

Rocket Launchers have a damage buff and their fire rates were decreased a lot

In Knoxx, after completing the first run of the armory and then taking the Supermarket Sweep side mission from Marcus, the force field glitch still occurs and you have to save/exit and reload in order to do the mission.

Is that the one where Knoxx is dead but the forcefield is back and you can’t get back in? XP My co-op partner and I ran into that one. We were majorly pissed. It was late at night and we had to make the whole run back from T-Bone, fight through the gauntlet again, and go through Knoxx’s goons just to get the damn quest finished

That’s the one, it was frustrating in the original version of the game, and it’s still frustrating now considering they didn’t add fast-travel.

It’s right up there with the randomly despawning/respawning barricades on the Ridgeway to me XP Once you clear that road the damn things should stay open permanently

Oh yes, that one is a tad annoying.

Another bug still there, if you have a weapon with regenerating ammo, the regeneration stops when you enter a vehicle and doesn’t resume when exiting, you need to swap to another weapon and back.

That one I’d never noticed. Or the one someone else mentioned with ammo regen COMs not working on the Gearbox legendaries. I’m running a support gunner Roland (a habit from my first Underdome runs a couple years back, when I was constantly running out of ammo and not getting the reload packs before the screen was obscured) and it seems to work on them just fine. Or was that bug Mordecai-specific

Scaling has been reworked a little, but it’s still virtually impossible to fight the destroyer on-level in PT1. Trying to match levels in my hardcore playthrough…if you match flynt at 31 and mccloud at 32, you still end up at 36 by the time you get to the level 33 destroyer, just by fighting through the last few areas.

Seems I end up at 36 whether I do every side quest or virtually none. I think the exp from lance and eridians need to be toned down.

Or it could mean that it’s just an issue with just the importer.
I think fresh Bessies have spawned in the remaster without the Heavy acc, it’s just that the importer checks for the accessory. For whatever reason.

Lots of great stuff lately, I plan to update the OP sometime today.

So have we lost Dove/Hornet forever?

Until someone successfully manages to find one, yeah

Until the game code is changed to allow that weapon to pass the sanity checks (which it currently doesn’t).

my sentiments exactly! :laughing::rofl::joy:

-Assault Shotguns are likely stil incapable of spawning with the incendiary accesoire.

The Sniper class mod secondary effect now properly fits in the card when all the 3 skills and 100%(max) crit are present.

Some quest-progression stuff that’s bothering me:

  • The side quests in Treacher’s Landing (Sinking Feeling, Fresh Fish) should be available from Scooter/NHBB as soon as Crazy Earl gives you the Hair of the Dog quest. Right now, they don’t show up til somewhere in the Kobb quests, so you have to go back to a boring and underleveled area to clear them.
  • In PT2, I don’t think that fast travel should be available to areas you haven’t visited in PT2 yet. Right now, the areas show up as soon as you could possibly visit them. This leads to some slightly annoying backtracks (e.g. not talking to the Claptrap at the New Haven/RCW door before finding Tannis), to an easy skip of some difficult spots (e.g. the gauntlet of bandits and turrets at the RCE/Krom door), to flat-out skipping an entire map and part of the story (you don’t even have to do The Back Door).

Just noticed you can entirely skip The Descent and Eridian Promontory too. You can fast travel straight to The Vault once you turn the Echo system back on in the Crimson Fastness.
