Yes, because REASONS.
ok I’ll try and do a more complete response but it is daunting since I do like them all.

  1. BL1 DLC 4, we finally get to fight I.N.A.C. who first see during the ending post credit scene on BL1’s main campaign. Also, we have two legit wannabe Knoxx Armories to farm forever: The “Secret” Armory of General Knoxx-Trap and the gift shop.
  2. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage, blowing stuff up and REASONS (so many lovely Star Wars easter eggs if REASONS isn’t good enough)
  3. ClapTrap’s Mind, I love Claptrap so getting to know more about him is a little awesome
  4. Knoxx DLC, we are first introduced to the eternal Crawmerax the Invincible
  5. Hammerlock and the Son of Crawmerax, pretty fun HeadHunter DLC and it has the Son of Craw. Did I mention I like all things Crawmerax?
  6. Mercenary Day, a nice take on Christmas but in a Pandora style plus that train with chests to farm at the end!
  7. Hammerlock, although Jackenstein is a pain Nakayama’s demise makes up for it. Also gives us the Rough Rider Jakobs shield and Patriot sniper rifle.
  8. Moxxie’s Underdome Riot, infinite enemies to kill with a little bit of random effect to spice it up every once in a while.
  9. The holodome, a nice pseudo Moxxie’s Riot for TPS
  10. Assault on Dragon Keep, nice alternative source of loot drops that the Warrior can drop plus a new way to spend Eridium besides “Raid Boss” and black market.
  11. Wedding Day Massacre, fun but I’ve never gotten anything spectacular from the farmable duo.
  12. Wattlegobbler, just seemed a bit short even for a head hunter but still fun and gives decent loot usually.
  13. Zombie Island, fun for sure but just a bit monotonous near the end. Do like the surprise fake out though and T.K. Baha returning.
  14. Bloody Harvest, just seemed a bit long/tedious but I do like what’s in it
    like T.K. Baha.
  15. TPS Dahl Training zone, too short and not repeatable

I will copy the answer model from @oeeshik but changing the order to match with my taste. =)

*I don’t know if we should consider the Holodome and the Underdome campaigns

Torgue is my personal favorite. Even with the bugged loot and annoying BA Rex it still makes me laugh after 10+ playthroughs.

Tina and Clappy are both great just because of the sheer amount they add.

Honestly, the only one I didn’t like was the Hammerlock one. And even that wasn’t that bad.

I digged all the HHs but never bought the Thanksgiving Torgue one because my buddy I was playing with said it blew.

Also Holodome kinda sucked too.

  1. The Secret Armory of General Knoxx - Pearls. Level cap. Farmory. Raid boss. This DLC had it all, and General Knoxx was one of the best characters to ever grace this series. I was so happy when they brought him back, even if it’s only in recording form, for TPS. Not to mention that this DLC really steps up Scooter’s importance in the story. It was really just an outstanding effort by Gearbox and the gold standard by which all other DLC packs should be judged.
  2. Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep - This DLC made me really appreciate Tina. I had never hated her in the same way that others had, but she had always been fairly forgettable to me. This DLC changed all that. The level of emotion in the story is just fantastic, and in terms of gameplay, the DnD grenades and repeatable Circle of Slaughter round were great additions. An A+ effort from Gearbox.
  3. Claptrap’s Claptastic Voyage - This is the thing that kept TPS alive for me. I hadn’t played the game in about 4 months when this pack dropped, and it got me rehooked. The visits to old stomping grounds, along with old characters (Dave!), was a great touch that showed a willingness to cater to longtime players. Plus Mainframe is a thing. That alone is worth putting it up this high.
  4. The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned - This is still my favorite area to mob in any of the three games. Zombies are just really fun to kill, and if you’ve got a Hellfire, Volcano, Cobra, anything incendiary or explosive, enemies just melt in front of you. Running Dead Haven with an incendiary weapon is one of the most exhilarating experiences in the entire BL series. Highly recommended.
  5. Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage - The gameplay is not nearly on the level of Tina’s DLC (it’s all reskinned enemies here), but the humor saves this DLC. Mr. Torgue is one of the greatest characters introduced in the history of the series. The radio commercials in the vanilla game are hilarious (Did you know 97% of all things on Pandora aren’t exploding right now? THAT’S BULLSHIT! BUY TORGUE!) and expanding on that personality was one of the best decisions Gearbox ever made. Long live Chris Rager!
  6. The Pirate Booty of Captain Scarlett - This DLC gets a lot of flack for not being the General Knoxx DLC. That’s unfortunate, because Scarlett is a pretty good pro/antagonist. She’s pretty humorous, and while the gameplay doesn’t add anything new outside of killing sandworms for an hour, the DLC does introduce some solid weaponry. The Sandhawk and Pimpernel are staples in numerous builds, and for good reason.
  7. Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution - Great story with the INAC. Pretty terrible gameplay with the reskins. So there it is.
  8. Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot - I love mobbing. I hate doing it for 7 hours straight. Here it is.
  9. Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt - Actually a pretty solid story. Just way too short.
  10. The Holodome Onslaught - Fairly short for a full DLC, and not enough to reach the 10 levels that came along with it. I enjoy playing it at max level, and the mobbing in it is fairly fun, but it’s easily the weakest of all 10 DLC packs.

Major DLC only, from BL2 and TPS.

  2. Claptastic Voyage
  3. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage
  4. Scarlett’s Pirate Booty
  5. Holodome
  6. Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt.

The character DLC’s are always nice but it’s hard to compare that with campaign DLCs as it’s apples to oranges. The BL2 headhunters are probably just below #4.

The funny and ironic part is all the raid bosses and bosses in Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt, and that pack was made by 2K Austrailia. And in TPS, everyone complained about lack of raid bosses and respawning, I guess they knew people hated Voradacious too much.

10,000 Iwas when all you need is a Vora.

The last thing this game needed/needs is a Vora. No game ever needs a Vora.

TPS coulda used a few raid bosses though. 1 phony one doesn’t really cut it.

Iwa and Inv. Sentinel are 1?

Honestly, I hope for a head hunter or similarly short but good/well done DLC and for Space Craw the Invincible.

Iwa is not a raid boss. I have a harder time with random armored psychos in BL2 than Iwa.

Also the Invincible Sentinel is just the sentinel with more health.

It’d be like dumping way more health into the warrior and claiming that was a raid boss.

  1. Dr. Ned (of course)

  2. Claptastic Voyage

  3. Knoxx

  4. Robolution

  5. Underdome

  6. Torgue campaign

  7. Hammerlock

  8. Holodome

People STILL fight Crawmer dozens of times daily.

I don’t understand why they didn’t have a version of him in the games since.

A good fight and a very high quality loot drop with some guaranteed Legendaries.

There have been bosses since that are much more challenging but none have had anywhere near the quality of loot drop.

Maybe Hyperius…

So… Pyro Pete or Master Gee from BL2 aren’t raid boss material in any way shape or form right since 9/10 people find Pete easy while I myself find Gee easy? Point being difficulty shouldn’t really be the only factor as skill, character choice, build, etc. can be different for each person which makes the enemy tougher or easier.

[/quote]Fair enough but it’s still classified as a “Raid Boss” in the game’s context (Tina: GO FIGHT A RAID BOSS! Athena: Umm… ok?)
this isn’t to say it’s a good raid boss but it’s still technically a raid boss.

Fair enough. I find Pete and Gee much tougher than Iwa but I guess the experience varies.

At least it can drop the Handsome head and Lady Fist along with all of Zarp’s loot as well.

The Lady Fist?

Is that a new addition to the TPS arsenal?

The Sentinel can drop and it is in the game’s code along with the Deadly Bloom (Which is considered a legendary in the game’s code). It was in the game for awhile, but it wasn’t legitimately droppable until a while after release.

Oh, very cool!

Is it Orange?

What does it do?

Is it a pistol?
