Has anyone noticed that the Broken Hearts Enabled is well broken because they do not populate within Storm Blind. I have gotten 2 single hearts to populate on enemies but after those, they do not populate.
Also, they used to populate.
You mean in Arms Race? Events are disabled there.
Then why do I get a Heart showing. One single heart per play through. They used to work. Seems like they should still work.
