[Bug/Exploit] Meltdown game started 4v5

a game of meltdown started 4v5, with the 4th player on my team never connecting at any point (not even in char select), and didn’t even have a name slot on the scoreboard in game, though they are shown on the scoreboard in the statistics screen.

This happens quite often for me, if one player disconnects the game will start but if two or more on the same team d/c the game will not start.
