Isic can not activate his dash while above a certain height. I have noticed this on Overgrowth while running away from some melee attackers. I was at their perch and as I jumped off of it into the middle in front of the shock turret I tried to dash away mid air only to see the red symbol over it every time I pressed it.
It seems that Isic can not activate his dash while looking up in the air or while above a certain height. I can always get onto the ledge by the two Thrall just fine but I cant activate while looking straight ahead after jumping off of the perch.
Needless to say I died . . .

Noticed this too - ISIC gets stuck in a weird animation and nothing happens. Super irritating.
