I can go to the multiplayer when im going to this and need to wait a long time (i waited more then a hour)
i dont know if need minimum level to start the multiplayer or end the storymode
i know my game that i bought isnt fake - i bought it in 50euros (3CD+code)
if anyone knows how to fix my problem pls shelp me

If it’s taking more than a few minutes, back out and requeue. That happens sometimes. However the player population is fairly low so some game modes will take longer than others. Incursion seems to pop fairly quick; I’d start there.
If you’re on PC, I hear.this can happen. If you’re on console, just exit and reenter. It happens sometimes, it just gets stuck.
