[BUG] Please Fix "Greyed Out" Gear Pieces

This was a bug back in the Open Beta, and we reported the heck outta it, but it was NOT fixed it seems.

I originally got it on a very unimportant gear piece back in the Open Beta (one I had no intention on using), and it eventually seemed to fix itself after a day or two.

Now I’ve had the bug on a LEGENDARY gear piece I REALLY wanna use, and have had since launch day, and at this point I gotta speak up:

This bug makes the gear completely useless, as it blocks the gear from being activated in missions/matches, even when you have the shards to do so:

Please fix this, Gearbox - I’m not the only one having this issue! Cmon! >_<

That’s the exact same one I have greyed out on XB1. I think it’s a problem with that specific item.

I know it’s a cross-platform bug from reading people’s reports about it during the Open Beta, but there is no legitimate bug submission form or joint bug forums… >_<

Also, I got it on a randomized “Rusty Nail” in the Open Beta:

Oh wow, I have the exact same item greyed out. PC here and patiently waiting as its one of my best drops to date.

No kidding… I REALLLLY wanna use this on Thorn with a mod that gives her a shield! :3
