I can’t hear any of the characters lines in the intro videos when loading up story missions. I had to turn on subtitles to know what was going on. I thought there just wasn’t any voice acting until I watched a video online and saw that this is probably a bug. I didn’t have any voice acting during the prologue video either. But In game dialogue does work. I’ve verified the install, restarted, downloaded the newest patch. Please help.

I’ve had it happen…but only in public games, and only when i had alt+tab’d out to another program. When i come back during a cutscene, there is no sound. I have the setting “mute audio on focus loss” turned OFF(the option that allows you to hear sound out of game)
I have that setting turned off as well.
