I think this is bug because everytime I use Amara phasegrap and say I am targetting ground, it procs all my buffs, including Passive hands, violent tapestry, spamming it with no target gives 99 stacks of violent tapestry in just few seconds as well as unlimited uptime of helping hands. Also 15 stacks of whatever the buff is that looks like winged shoe.
