The item drops your health to 1 point an doesn’t regen your health as description reads. It’s supposed to make you invulnerable when your health falls below 50% but that will never kick in of course.

If it’s the same relic as this it probably ought to not have the ability to spawn with the invulnerable trait.
I’ll pass it along and hopefully it’s a slight part/trait mistake.

I haven’t officially heard who drops it, Ben looking for it for a couple days and no luck
It has a higher drop chance from Phoenix on Pandora, but personally I got it from the Crawleys.
