What Sljm means is that, if you have to chose between EITHER a big mag size OR the explosive relic in your relic slot, your results may varry, but you can get BOTH benefits by using the right COM.
You can get mag size from 2 sources, but explosive damage from only one of them, so to get the most out of that combo, you should get a True neutral monk and an explosive relic. And if you have a TN monk already, the Torgue relic does NOTHING at all 
In any case, if youāre not tackling raid bosses, you donāt really have to maximize this combo like you said

What level are you at right now? Are you just starting a Salvador, or do you have one part-way through levelling that you want to use this build on?
The key skills in this build are Money Shot, Last Longer, Yippie Ki Yay, Keept it Piping Hot, and Get Some. You may want to put some points in Iām Ready Already until you unlock those last two, then switch them over.
Iād avoid completely filling out one tree before starting another though - you want a mix of both as you level up.

I noticed this updated version doesnāt have The Bee for the Boss Blaster build. I suppose you decided itās better to have a little extra survivability rather than bonus damage on the first few shots, since taking damage is pretty much inevitable.
I decided to reinstall Borderlands 2 and fire it up again since I never actually got to play UVHM yet, so Iām very happy that I managed to find this guide of yours again.

The boss blaster doesnāt need the bee at all, and the extra protection a proper shield grants might save your ass for long enough to kill whatever youāre shooting at.

Also (going off of ~2 year old memory here) but at the very least āIām Out of Bubblegumā and āInconcievableā alone add a much much larger DPS increase than the Bee. As since rocket launchers have such a high base damage, the Bee doesnāt add all that much relatively.
Incite too since if itās procād, your Bee is down 99.9% of the time.

any gun can replace DPUH if i bored to use it ?
or can this build mix up with deputy by only swap some gear ?
and can i turn of screen effect ({like when use gunzerk / blood on screen / firehawk burn blast}that make harder to see enemy a bit)?

Difference is the Sheriff Build have Inconceivable (since you want to chain money shots) while the Deputy Build is not spec in inconceivable (since every 2 shot is already a money shot).
This is due to inconceivable as well wherein you remove your hand in the fire button while money shot is chaining and the gun has 0 bullets. in this case you need to reload it manually.
up to you. One of the major contributors of the visual pollution is the grog nozzle, so when you notice that the enemy is already slagged, just let go of the trigger.
yes, check the top gear if you need some choices.

so it just kind a downside right ? just test ROM and it chain MS about 4 - 5 time . like confirm every 2 shot vs lucky lucky .
just test Lady fist that i already have . so fun cause always need to aim for cri LUL.

Yeah you do not want to chain inconceivable on the first shot which do not have money shot bonus.
You could combine the two builds and have inconceivable but to get the maximum damage better to separate both builds.

I dunno. Not much else it needs.
I guess fill in Hard to Kill and Incite. Fistful of Hurt is fun. You can kill enemies just by punching them off ledges. Last point, maybe Out of Bubblegum, Aināt Got Time to Bleed, or Steady as She Goes if you donāt use Hyperion.
If you donāt care about Fistful of Hurt, maybe instead of Hard to Kill, fill Quick Draw. Itās a drop in the bucket either way.
