I’m thinking about installing the pirated version of the game which doesn’t have any of the patches. There the scaling worked, the UI had less bugs…

NEW UPDATE!
And they completley removed this option from the settings!
Also there is the “backpack” icon back in the inventory menu when you are using mouse and keyboard.
At least they added mayhem animation to echo device when using the mayhem menu.

That does not surprise me in the least, I’ve had to run a small hud fix mod for the past few months. /top dev’s !
