I would recommend visiting @adamholmes97 's trade thread. Also, you will probably want a Practicable Conference Call in whatever element you are seeking. If you are unfamiliar with Gun Prefixes and Gun Parts, you can follow the links in my ‘signature’ below.

For Hyperion Shotguns the Practicable prefix increases pellet count, which translates to more damage. Having a matching grip is desirable as well if at all possible, since a matching grip increases magazine size and gives faster reload speed. My recommendation would be a Practicable Conference Call (Fire), depending upon the character you play. If you are playing as the Mecromancer (Gaige), you might want to choose a Practicable Conference Call (Shock) instead. For any other character (especially Maya or Krieg), I would recommend a Practicable Conference Call (Fire).
