Can I create keybindings for teamchat?

Is it possible to create keybindings that will send messages to the teamchat?

Since there is sadly no quickchat feature it would be great to be able to communicate without having to type in the middle of a skirmish when I suddenly realize we forgot about the other lane. ^^

VOIP is built into the game. Just hit the mic button instead and tell everyone. Much faster and easier as chat is missed a lot when the screen is full of junk.
