There are still a TON of broken items and skills, even more that technically work but are so god awful that they should never be taken/used, functionally broke.

Why is balance even being brought up when so many things still don’t work?

Agreed but when there’s very blatant balance issues, exceptions need to be made.
And by blatant, I mean stuff like infinite grenade jericho spam Moze. Or to a lesser extent, low level stop gap shield Moze.

Let’s give Moze a few meaningful ways to beat MTD on M4 and the ones you mention won’t matter.

I’m sure the Tankman would help a bit (doesn’t work on PS/consoles) as would a few IB weapons (still a hot mess with some augments and even offhand not getting boosts). And on and on and on. Fix first then see where we are sitting/what needs adjustment.

I don’t know how you’d do that without making Moze op. IB with Vampyr is already super tanky and the damage it dishes out with the grenade launcher/low fuel consumption is just nuts.

Maybe allow IB to use more skills from Moze’s skill tree? In theory, every last one of them should apply to IB in some shape or form. It would also increase IB build diversity since the grenade launcher is by far the best weapon the IB can use right now.

Desperate Measures is pretty bad on IB anyhow. I mean if IB is about to die, it’s literally because you’re not attacking stuff or you’ve been targeted down by a boss and all the ads at the same time and there’s no way to really exploit it, unlike Deathless Moze, who can exploit it.

The biggest bugs that affect IB right now are

  1. Stainless Steel Bear not giving Iron Bear additional damage, when it’s supposed to.
  2. Guardian Rank perks not working.
  3. Cooldown reduction items are currently increasing Iron Bear’s cooldown.
  4. Iron Bear annointeds, like drop grenade 20% chance, doesn’t work after you exit Iron Bear the 1st time, without re-equipping the grenade.
