Ummm… I’d like to finish the game or get a refund? Stuck and cannot move forward with Beneath the Meridian Mission because I cannot fast travel to where I need to go… nor can I even dropship?

I am also reading through a lot of these posts… does gearbox ACTUALLY HAVE server admin’s or employees that answer or resolve issues here? I see 100 posts of this same issue over different periods in time but seem to ALL be user answers?
This is my first Borderlands experience… have enjoyed it thus far, BUT if this is going to be a common theme… I might go the “lemon law” route here…
