Ok so everytime i try to fast travel to santuary my game goes to a black loading screen and nothing happens can anyone help

What platform, and is the game being read from DVD or is it installed? Can you fast travel to other locations fine?
Might also want to do a quick search in the relevant tech support forum - navigate to the right one from the Borderlands 2 main page, click the search button up top (magnifying glass icon), and don’t forget to check the “Search this topic” box or you’ll get results all over the place!
