ive tried to sign in to my account and ive tried to make a new account and it continues to not let me sign in. i just wanna redeem my key codes

Did you link your XBL GT to your SHiFT account using the SHiFT website? Any accidental spelling errors? If it isn’t something obvious like that, there’s an “I need support” option in the “Other” tab of the web site:

Edit: Oh hey! Didn’t realise that you could see ALL your redeemed SHiFT rewards on that site!
