Cant reedem VIP codes!

Hi all ppl!

I need some help with this VIP issues… Ive got mails with codes, but when i click on the mail, im going straight to “Shift codes” and cant reedem the mail codes ive got…
The shift codes are 15 letters/signs, but in my mail ive got codes from 6 -10 letters…

How do i redeem the other "VIP

Ive pressed the email letter and still goes directly to shift codes…

Turn off all the ad-block, then you should see four additional section for codes. The same is for activities.

Ive turned off the ad-block and still got ni extra sectional… im gonna try it tomorrow!
