When I try to start a new game at level 13, the game won’t load properly. Marcus starts with his “so you want to skip some story” dialog and then when it finishes, instead of my player being on Sanctuary, all I get is Claptrap moving across the screen like he does when you load the game. The only way to get the new game to work is close BL3 then re-launch.
Anyone else experience this?

Have you try to start the game by the beginning of a dlc?
