“CC” stands for “Crowd Control”, which describes any kind of limiting effect. Stuns, slows, etc. Anything that makes it harder for you to do what you want.
Also, if you didn’t know, there’s a search feature in the top right (looks like a magnifying glass) that could help you get the answer you’re looking for.
