I’m going to be talking about how they could change some of the battleborn to be a little better or more versatile. First let’s talk about kleese, I like all his moves and they fit him well I just feel like he has no survivability for how big he is. I would play him and if the other team had a marquis on their team I felt useless because he could kill me in 3 to 4 shots, so maybe give him a little more health or health regen. Now to Toby, he is my most liked character in the game. I would dominate with him on incursion by sniping on the ledge with his shield, but I feel that’s the only way you can play him. If you want to get in the fight up close his rail gun shoots to slow and if you shot it fast does little damage, so I think if they made a mutation that replaced his secondary attack from the zoom to maybe a shotgun rail blast or a automatic rail gun so he could do some damage to people who get close to him and have a chance of winning and or to broaden his play style a little bit that would be cool. The whole point of Toby is to be a long range sniper-esque character who has a hard tine dueling anyone up close but can dominate from afar, like Marquis. Plus, he has a double jump and a stun/slow to get outta dodge. (That being said, Toby can still win fights at close range with careful Railgun and Arc Mine aim.)
I understand he’s a sniper and meant to be played from afar, and I’ve used the arc mine stun with his legendary to kill people that get close. It just seems as though I never use his zoom, so I guess me personally would like to have that changed. I guess that would make him a little to versatile to have close and long range covered in his arsenal
