A few time the maliwan ship has gotten stuck and if you die and it is there when you get to the wave nothing happens. You have to leave the area and start over from square one
Luckily, I haven’t encountered that issue. But a while back, a jet trooper spawned behind a wall at the edge of the map. With no way to get to it or damage it, I had to start over, too.
