Claimed rewards issue

I claimed the pre-order/super deluxe edition rewards from the in-game maul system but multiple rewards appear to be broken. They show up without a name and no stats. Would appreciate a fix/resend items.

I have this same exact issue. All no names and basic stats. The effects other people have I do not.
