I recently saved and quit during the mission “file search” right after the “deletion sequence”. Now the Security doors ,that had previously opened, are permanently closed. Any solutions?

I’ve had something like that happen, but I was in somebody else’s game in an area I hadn’t got to in my game, they saved and quit, when I restarted my own game I was trapped in that area and couldn’t get out, so I had a friend start his game up and the I joined his game then got out of that area and traveled back to Concordia, saved & quit, restarted my game and was back in Concordia , not trapped anymore.
