Claptrap is freeze in the loading screen

I had the problem of DirectX12, i change to Dx11 and it still doesnt load the game. Claptrap freezes. Please help

claptrap noo!! you have to move claptrap we cant start the game claptrap get up!!!

your loading screen clpatrap might just be tired. give it some gatorade

maybe put in a support ticket to 2k?
