As the title says, I finally found a Cloning Maddening Tracker grenade but I noticed it doesn’t have white text at the very bottom where it says homing etc…

Nope. It is just not listed on the item card due to Anointment taking the slot, almost every single item is like that. And for CMT you want as low level as possible, max lvl will be downing you most of the time.
