Co-op campaign crashes trying to load into the map

My game has crashed three times in a row. I took a print screen of the error:

The error crashes and kills Steam. I’m playing on the PC.

i-860, Gigabyte GTX 780, 8 Gigs of RAM, Samsung Pro SSD 512 Gigs.

I turned down textures from Very High to “High”, which stabilized the game.

I’ve started turning off dynamic shadows and ambient occlusion, to avoid low memory warnings.
