I make custom Longbows and have a bunch of naturally dried Hickory ready, might make some functional Thorn bows.
Would be fun even if people don’t recognize what they are modeled after.

I guess you live/work in the US? Just asking myself becaue of toll fees. I´d love a Kreshik bow… What would you take for it? (Approximately of course, I know its hard to tell prices for yet unbuilt items^^)
Already thought of crafting Thorns bow using my old longbow and “wrap” it in a costume of foam + latex for the perfect look. The stretchy materials would leave the bow be usable after all without making it to heavy.
…It’s a lot of work, takes a lot fo time also, but I don’t charge for the time, just the fair value as a woodworker.

I can only imagine how much worktime a decent layered bow costs, if you craft it by traditionally per hand.

Back to the topic:
I´d be totally on board crafting a lifesize figure to promote BB. So far my fan-crafts were alot smaller.
Also I think the devs & mods can use something to put a smile on their face^^
We just need more crafty people… mhh… @SKSProps would be one that comes into mind, he´s one of the most badass crafting people I came across, regarding GBX-fanworks.
Wish I would not live at the edge of nowhere, I´d love to host a “Battleborn-fanart”-party to craft something huge & badass with lots of people
If I lived nearby I would get my trucks, winch it up, and drive away, finders keepers, no?

While I know very little about ‘that other game’, these are pretty cool…
I do like the way their characters look, only because I’m a big kid at heart and the original trailer reminded me of a Disney Pixar film…
I do love the Battleborn game expo models too, such detail, wish I could see them up close/in person…
And I’ve always wanted a life size Misato Katsuragi or Asuka Langley Soryu from Neon Genesis Evangelion for my house, haha… Maybe one day!

People for the most part want shiny now. Yes I seem very negative about the loss of hands-on skills.
