In game my percentage is - " Planet Progress 103%"

Blackbarrel Cellars is where my final step(s) took place.
Underneath the waterfall the Eridian Writing & Typoon Dead Drop.

trophie(s) bugged for me:

  1. Tales From The Eridian Slab.
  2. Ultimate Vault Hunter.

any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. thankyou.

If you have all of them in every map, go to Tannis lab and check the Eridian writing couple times. Trophy should pop up after few attempts.

I have 109% on Galaxy progress, so don’t look at it.
